You do not have to be at a laptop to capture a receipt. Send it to Chronon's WhatsApp number from your phone and it arrives as an expense.

1. Save Chronon's WhatsApp number — your admin will give it to you.

2. Photograph the receipt.

3. Send the photo, one receipt per message.

4. Chronon reads it and creates an expense against your account.

5. Open Expenses later and complete the fields Chronon could not fill in.

It has to be your registered number

Chronon identifies you by the phone number the message comes from. That number must match the phone number on your active Chronon user. If it does not, the message is ignored — silently, with no reply. If your receipts never turn up, that mismatch is the first thing to check with your admin.

One receipt per message

Attach a single image per message. Send three receipts as three messages, not as one message with three attachments.

An expense created over WhatsApp still needs its policy, category, and description before it can go on a report. WhatsApp saves you the capture, not the paperwork.
