Reset a forgotten password
Send yourself a reset link from the sign-in page and choose a new password.

On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?
Enter the email address your organisation registered you with.
Select Send Reset Link.
Open the email and follow the link.
Enter your new password twice and save.
You are returned to the sign-in page. Sign in with the new password.
The reset link only ever goes to the registered address — nobody, including your admin, can read it out to you. If no mail arrives within a few minutes, check spam, then confirm with your admin that the address on your Chronon user is the one you are typing.
If you normally sign in with Google or Microsoft, you do not have a Chronon password to reset. Keep using the provider button.
